Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 days for processing. 

All items are made to order, our current turn around time is 14-21 business days. Once your item/s have been completed and are ready to ship out, we will send out an email with all tracking information. Higher volume work times may experience a slight delay- we will do our best to ensure it is sent out within the proper time period. 

We do our best to minimize product breakage and melting in transit; however, freeze dried candy can experience some breakage/melting during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
